Workers Responsibilities
Workers are responsible for making sure that every job done on the worksite is done carefully. That means doing their work in safe ways and reporting substandard acts and conditions so that they can be corrected. For employees to do these things, they must know and believe that safety is important to the company. They have to know that management will support them if they make a decision in the interest of health and safety.
  1. Workers' responsibilities are to:

    1. Follow safe work procedures.

    2. Report substandard conditions.

    3. Report substandard practices.

    4. Comply with rules and regulations.

    5. Report any accidents/incidents.

    6. Make safety suggestions.

    7. Set a good example.
