Waste consignors
Any person who consigns hazardous waste for off-site disposal must have a hazardous waste generator number. To apply, submit a completed form to:
Ensure you select the proper chemical code group for
your waste. When in doubt about the chemical
classification consult an MSDS or contact EH&S for
assistance.
- Use proper chemical names (i.e.. no trade names or
formulas) and list all chemical components and their
concentrations.
