Air
A person who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods by aircraft between Canada and another country must do so in accordance with the ICAO Technical Instructions and the following provisions of these Regulations:
- Rail
- A person who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods by Rail, will do so in accordance with the Canada Transportation Act and the Railway Safety Act.
- Marine
- A person who handles, offers for transport or transports dangerous goods by ship, will do so in accordance with International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG) and Canada Shipping Act, Home Trade Voyage Class 1.
