The tagging system uses color coded tags located at each point of entry to indicate the status and condition as follows:
Green tag - "Safe to Use" indicates the scaffold may be used.
- Yellow tag - "Caution: Potential or Unusual Hazard" indicates a potential hazard exists
- Red tag - "Unsafe for Use" indicates the scaffold can not be used
