Things to Consider
Your inspection should examine all aspects of the workplace - people, physical, environment, equipment, materials being used, and the action taking place.
Look for:
1. Potential hazards.
2. Existing hazards.
3. Violations of safety rules, regulation and/or code.
4. The causes behind the problems.

Give the inspection your full attention, and continually ask seven questions:
- Who?
- What?
- When?
- Where?
- Why?
- How?
- What if?
