Conducting the Inspection
Things to Consider

Your inspection should examine all aspects of the workplace - people, physical, environment, equipment, materials being used, and the action taking place.

Look for:

1. Potential hazards.

2. Existing hazards.

3. Violations of safety rules, regulation and/or code.

4. The causes behind the problems.
  1. Give the inspection your full attention, and continually ask seven questions:

    • Who?
    • What?
    • When?
    • Where?
    • Why?
    • How?
    • What if?
